Marko Livaja: "I am Interista and I love Inter. It will give me extra motivation to score against Milan"
“I am a fan and I love Inter. This is where I started and scored my first goal at the San Siro. Inter are in my heart and this gives me extra motivation to look for a goal against Milan.”
That was former Inter and current AEK Athens forward Marko Livaja speaking to the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“When I was 16 years old, Inter asked for me. I got to Italy to talk to Ausilio but then later returned to Croatia because the contract with Hajduk had not expired so I couldn’t sign with a new club. Then, Milan started to call me as well and offered me more money. But when I give my word (to Inter), I do not take it back. Not even for money.”
