Inter issuing 300 million bond, will make another loan of 50 million from Goldman Sachs

The deal announced this morning by Inter Media Communication regarding the 300 million bond is the first in Italy. The Nerazzurri are trying to lay the road ahead, which could be followed by other clubs, especially this yields desirable results.

Inter executives will be busy this weekend flying around Europe between London, Milan, Frankfurt, Paris and Amsterdam to present this operation. In the future, another loan is expected, almost certainly in collaboration with Goldman Sachs for an additional 50 million euros.

According to Inter Media and Communication, the club will use it to pay existing debt. Inter took out a loan of 230 million back in 2014 with Goldman Sachs when Erick Thohir was still the majority shareholder.

Associated Press reports that Goldman Sachs will be the global coordinator and bookrunner of the offer.
