PSG want Joao Mario while Manchester United do not. Here is the latest on Pastore and Mkhitaryan
At the moment, the easiest, or the least difficult, options are Javier Pastore and Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Sabatini is very far ahead in terms of human relationship with Pastore as the two often talk on the phones. The Suning technical director was the one that brought the trequartista from Cordoba to Italy, specifically Palermo. In June, there is the World Cup and Pastore wants to be there but he must play with continuity. So far, he has started seven league games (14 games played overall with four goals). There are two methods that he can land at Inter: paid loan for six months or an exchange with Joao Mario, the player that Paris Saint Germain really like.
Then there is Manchester United midfielder Mkhitaryan. He is in difficult period with the club of Jose Mourinho. Inter are hoping that the “friendship” with Mou would give them the prefenrential lane to sign the Armenian. However, Jose Mourinho does not seem interested in Joao Mario as counterpart. And so, they will have to work on a loan deal with option to sign.
