Corriere della Sera - Milan signed Inter directors... to make Inter past mistakes
“After having imported a couple directors from Inter, this new Milan seem to have copied all the mistakes that Inter made in recent years, the times when players were bought in large quantities, some of which were maybe not at all useful. In August, they were ready to win the Scudetto, except by Christmas, their season is now without goals.”
This is the comparison done by the Corriere della Sera which sees the city of Milan divided into two: on one hand is the Nerazzurri, seeking success; the other is the Rossoneri, dejected and miserable.
“There are those who believe that the chapter of Yonghong Li could close very soon. In fact, the Chinese owners of Milan, rather than looking for new partners or even buyers, now have the priority of refinancing the debt of Eliott fund.”
