According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are ready to launch a competitive women club that will take place in next year’s Serie A Femminile, the Italian women league.

The Zhang family liked the idea and has decided to be involved in this project. Inter’s current squad is called Asd Feminile Inter Milano and it currently plays in Serie B and apparently, they have one of the best youth sectors in Italy. The club was founded in 2007.

After eight matches, the club is in second place, two points behind league leaders Real Meda.
