Inter, Borja Valero to resume talk on Monday

Inter, Borja Valero to resume talk on Monday

Despite the straight up denial of Fiorentina president that Borja Valero is not going anywhere and that "rumors about his departure are a hoax," Sky reporter Gianluca Di Marzio reveals that on Monday, Inter and the Spanish's agent will resume contact. Luciano Spalletti explicitly asked for the player because the Inter coach believes that Valero's leadership and experience would benefit the Nerazzurri. Fiorentina wanted 10 million euros for Borja Valero last year but now obviously he is a year older so that figure should be lower. Inter, according to Sky, is offering 6 million euros.
