Inter have swooped in for Patrik Schick. Walter Sabatini and Piero Ausilio have “locked up” the 21 year-old Czech international who was “dropped” definitively by Juventus two days ago. The reason for this was because the medical confirmed that the player would be out for 30-40 days before undergoing a new fitness test. Unideal timeline and much doubts probably convince the Bianconeri to divert the 30 million offered to Samp for Schick to somewhere else.

However that did not curb the enthusiasm of Inter. The club of Suning was encouraged by the advice provided on Monday by Professor Paolo Zeppilli, cardiologist of Gemelli Sport Medicine in Roma. According to Zeppilli, the player has a problem (did not say because of confidentiality) but it is not serious or genetic but it is worthy of great attention and prudence. He also ruled out surgical intervention so no red flag. In short, Schick will be back kicking the football in a couple of months at most.
