Inter and Sevilla closer than ever to find an agreement for Jovetic
Inter and Sevilla are closer than ever when it comes to finding an agreement for Stevan Jovetic. The player spent the second part of last season on loan where he had great performances and impressive flashes. This has resulted in Sevilla wanting to keep the Inter forward permanently.
Both sides have been engaging in talks for weeks but nothing has come to a fruition. Sevilla cannot afford the transfer fee of 13 million euros and the player is making a huge salary as well. That being said, things are heading to a positive turn of events, at least according to Estadio Deportivo. The Spanish newspaper reveals that Sevilla have contacted Inter once more and the final resolution for this deal has never been this close before.
The reason that both clubs seem to be very close on Jovetic is that Sevilla are in discussion of sending Vitolo to Atletico Madrid. The club of Jose Castro should make around 35 million euros and part of this sum will be reinvested immediately to satisfy Inter's demand and sign Jovetic.
It is also possible that Steven N'Zonzi could be included in negotiations.
