Agent: "Juve and Milan wanted Zaniolo but Inter were much quicker"
Speaking to Sky reporter Gianluca Di Marzio, agent of the new Inter forward Nicolo Zaniolo reveals interesting background on this operation.
“There were different clubs interested in him but Inter were able to swoop in and seal the deal around 15 days ago although they had previously scouted him for the Primavera and the first team. Inter were the most determined and decisive club. But there were others: Sassuolo, Milan and Juve. Milan made an inquiry while Juve for months talked to Entella. They wanted to wait a bit longer before deciding on Nicolo. Inter did not think twice and now he is Black and Blue.”
