Inter-Roma contact for Nainggolan, 60 million for the midfielder
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have intensified contact with Roma for Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan. Despite the stop of the Giallorossi director Monchi on selling their star players, Inter are ready to put on the table 55-60 million euros for one of the top midfielders in Serie A.
Nainggolan is in a contract dispute with Roma. About one year ago, when Chelsea were pushing hard for him, Roma promised the player a new contract that expires in 2020 at 3.2 million per season with bonuses that can easily reach 4 million. After the elimination in the Champions League preliminaries, this matter was put in stand-by… The player continues asking for 4 million a season in a contract that lasts until 2021.
In this stalemate, there is Inter because it is no secret that the Nerazzurri coach Spalletti really likes the midfielder. The Black and Blue club of Suning will remain vigilant, ready to strike. Their Chinese owners will make a big investment in the midfield and the 29 year-old with Indonesian origins is just perfect.
