Serie A matchday 5: Bologna vs. Inter - Nerazzurri going for five straight wins
Luciano Spalletti and his players are going for five straight victories to start off the new season. After the hard fought victory over Crotone last Saturday, the trip to the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara of Bologna is no less dangerous despite having only four points to the Rossoblu's name. Last season, it took Inter 82 minutes to scrap away a 1-0 victory thanks to the goal of Gabriel Barbosa.
So are the Inter players ready? At least Spalletti thinks so. "Everyone has recovered well after the Crotone match which was played on a field where players were tired more than usual thanks to the weather and the field condition. Besides all of that, Crotone were a very tough and stubborn opponent. We all did well in that match and I have found that everyone is also in the right condition to face Bologna tomorrow."
Despite playing another match only after two days break, the probable lineup according to the Gazzetta dello Sport only has two changes, both are in the midfield. Brozovic will probably get a start in this game sending Joao Mario to the bench. Coming off the bench is a role that the Portuguese has already done twice this season (versus Fiorentina and Roma) and he's done it brilliantly in both times. Vecino, after the bench against Crotone, should be back to the lineup in place of Gagliardini. Dalbert should be ok after cramps picked up at the Stadio Ezio Scida although I have a strong feeling that Nagatomo could get his chance at the beginning after a positive performance in previous match. The remaining poistions are confirmed for yet another tough game on the road.
Prediction: Bologna 0-0 Inter
