Valencia ready to exercise option to buy Kondogbia, 100 million buy out clause in new contract

For more than two years at Inter, Kondogbia was never able to express his potential and during last summer, the Frenchman went to Valencia to revive his career. In just a few weeks, the Frenchman is already at the center of the Spanish club’s project and according to Super Deporte, Valencia are seriously considering buying him permanently. The club of Marcelino has an option to buy Kondogbia for 25 million euros next summer and if there is an agreement, he will be tied to the Mestalla club until 2022. Not only that, Valencia are considering putting in his contract a buyout clause of 100 million euros: a monstrous figure showing his importance in the project.
