Sky - Inter will definitely sign a central defender in January

Massimiliano Nebuloni, Sky journalist, believes that Inter will reinforce its defense in January, especially after the injury of Vanheusden.

“Spalletti will continue working with the same men who started the season well in Skriniar and Miranda but now, the alternative options have been further thinned. No reinforcements in the summer while Murillo left for Spain. Then yesterday, Vanheusden got hurt in the Youth League match against Dinamo Kiev and will be out four to six months. Inter will only have Ranocchia and D’Ambrosio as back up options for the central defense. We are certain that in January, Inter will return to the market to at least reinforcing that department, although after the first six matches, they have the best defense in the league.”
