Asamoah: "Atalanta were important slap in the face. Marotta? Nice to work with him again"
Speaking to Sky Sport, Asamoah looks back to the big defeat against Atalanta in previous matchday and talks about how and what Inter can do to improve upon that performance.
“The game against Atalanta as a heavy defeat. It is football, everything can happen and we understand what we have to learn from it. It was an important slap in our faces but we are doing a good job to improve game after game.
“Frosinone? It will not be easy. Playing lesser teams is always complicated because there is the danger of thinking these games are easy and there is always the risk of dropping points. We have to take the pitch with the same attitude in the Champions League to give important signal and to prepare ourselves better for Tottenham. We still have not qualified to the knockout stage in that competition, there are two more games and we have to hold on and sweat for it.”
Few words on Marotta.
“It is a pleasure to work with him. I was with him for 6 years and he has great personality who can help this team.”
