Brutal record in England for Spalletti: 7 games, 7 losses (including 7-1 to Manchester United)

The data given by the Gazzetta dello Sport will certainly not give Inter supporters optimism in view of tomorrow’s game against Tottenham. According to the pink paper, Luciano Spalletti has suffered 7 defeats out of 7 games in England, with 15 goals allowed and only 2 scored.

From Middlesbrough 1-0 Roma in February 2006 to Liverpool 3-1 Zenit in February 2013, the result of Spalletti’s teams in England is the same: 7 K.O. out of 7, losing 1-0 five times and of course there is the incredible 7-1 loss to Manchester United of Ferguson in April 2007.

So congratulations to Spalletti for breaking this ugly streak against Tottenham tomorrow? I hope?
