Barcelona ready to break bank for Skriniar: €100M! There's also Real Madrid

After the game against Barcelona yesterday, according to FC Inter News, there was a direct contact between Piero Ausilio and Milan Skriniar’s representatives today to discuss the renewal of contract. Skriniar is doing well in Milan but at the same time he knows that he deserves the right economic recognition for the performances that he is putting in ever since joining Inter in 2017.

The Slovakian defender would like 3.5 or 4 million euros a year and Inter are well aware of the fact that the club needs to raise its initial offer of 2.7 million. And due to this difference in offer and demand, Barcelona are ready to enter after following Skriniar for a few months. In fact, it is likely that the Catalan club is ready to put on the table 100 million for a defender. There are two names in particular: Koulibaly (Napoli are demanding 150 million) and of course Skriniar whose asking price is 120 million.

In the background, there is also another club in Real Madrid whose scouts were at the San Siro to see Skriniar in the Milan derby and also Genoa.
