Too early to determine condition of Icardi and Perisic as both continue to train separately

According to Sky Sport, Luciano Spalletti awarded half-day off to the players who have been training with high intensity since the start of the week. Sky also added that despite working with the ball today, Icardi continued to work by himself and thus the decision to whether or not play him against Genoa on Saturday night will have to wait until tomorrow. Furthermore, another injured player in Ivan Perisic also had separate training session. This is not a good sign for the club who could miss out on two key players for a difficult away trip at Genoa.
