Spalletti: "The Corriere della Sera wants to attack me, let me explain..."
This morning, the Corriere della Sera published some words said by Luciano Spalletti to the Roma supporters few weeks ago after the 1-1 draw at the San Siro. In this conversation, the Inter coach called Inter a “depressed environment” and that “they do not want to spend.”
To clarify these statements, Luciano Spalletti has just provided new statements to the media saying that “I didn’t say anything particular, maybe there is an attempt to attack me and my words can be made to look that way. We all know that Suning has set financial parameters and this is something that we have known for a while now, not just today. I also said that there was a depressed atmosphere because we are afraid of falling back into the past mistakes and I have to find a way to lift the team back up.”
