Milan interested in Florenzi but the player prefers Inter thanks to Spalletti
The Gazzetta dello Sport continues to outline a possible pathway that could lead Alessandro Florenzi to Inter should the player not renew with Roma.
“He is a profile that really appeals to Spalletti and would feel the gap left by Cancelo (if Inter are unable to redeem the Portuguese). Florenzi has an expiring contract with Roma in 2019 and his priority is to renew with them. However, the player is asking for four million euros a season and Pallotta currently does not seem willing to grant it to him. If there is no agreement, Inter will be ready although there is interest from Milan as well. Much will depend on the Champions League as well because if Inter are in top four and no agreement with Roma, Florenzi at this point would seem to prefer Inter (over Milan) because of his former coach Spalletti.”
