Aleix Vidal and Inter, Barcelona do not want to repeat Rafinha style operation, must be outright sale
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Aleix Vidal has given his availability to join Inter. Meaning: he has said yes. But let’s go back to last January when Inter and Barcelona discussed the operation of Rafinha. The Brazilian joined Inter on loan with right to buy at 35 million euros and Inter are working on bringing him back permanently but due to UEFA FFP, it is difficult.
Here, in the case of Vidal, Barcelona do not want to repeat a similar operation. Nor does the player want to leave on a temporary basis. If there is a goodbye, it has to be forever, permanently. At this moment, the Catalan club is not open to the formula that Inter prefer: loan with right to buy at 8-9 million euros.
But we are only mid-June and the market is very dynamic, always changing. Inter have started to do the work and the right wing for next season must be seriously fixed. Vidal’s versatility, who was born as a right winger but gradually learned to play in the defense, can only please Luciano Spalletti.
