Icardi's release clause now expired, will resume negotiation with Inter

The release clause of Mauro Icardi has now expired, effective only from the 1st to the 15th of July. As reported by Sport Mediaset, the Inter captain was never and still is not close to leave the club. And now, on July 16 (in Italy), his 110 million release clause has now expired. 

Inter and Icardi will continue negotiating for his contract. Wanda’s demand is 7.5 to 8 million euros a season until 2022 with a clause (to be defined) that applies only to foreign countries.
