Keita: "I have abilities to score 15-20 goals a season"
Speaking to Sky Sport, Keita Balde recalls his first Serie A goal which was against Parma, Inter’s next opponent.
“It was an away game and Antonio Mirante was their keeper. I dribbled around him and scored. I always try to take advantage of my abilities to give my best. Can I score 15-20 goals? Yes, I think so. I do have the qualities to do that.
“It is really a pleasure to be here, there are many great guys here. We are a strong team, full of new players who will have to be integrated and get to know each other. But we are strong. Now I want to concentrate on Saturday’s game and regardless of who’s going to score.
“My role? I play primarily as a winger because I can take on the opponents and I am fast. But I can also play as the first or second forward. When I was a child, I always played football with stronger and more experienced players, this is how you learn. Icardi? I’ve known him since Barcelona days. You may not see him with the ball often but in the box, he often does no wrong. For me, I just want to be part of this great team and club. I want my name to be remembered by the fans. This is why I came here.
