Skriniar: "I cannot wait to play in CL with Inter. Renewal? We'll see"
Speaking to Sport Mediaset, Milan Skriniar talks about the upcoming fixtures for Inter which will play 7 games in 22 days.
“Many difficult challenges are waiting for us and we are ready and want to do well,” he said. On Tuesday, the defender will make his Champions League debut in the Inter shirt, but first, he prefers to concentrate on the game against Parma.
“I wanted to stay for the objectives ahead of us. I cannot wait to play in Europe with this shirt. However, we now have to think about the league, we must win it in front of our fans. And then we can think about Tottenham. In Reggio Emilia, we did not do well. Against Torino, we only played for one good half, we did not stay focused for all 90 minutes. The victory in Bologna was very important and so let’s keep going, one game at a time.”
Finally, Skriniar talks about his personal goals for the season. “I want to continue the work done last year. The important thing is to help the team because Inter must always do better. The team is stronger and so we want to achieve important results. My renewal? We are talking, we’ll see…”
