Ausilio: "Inter believe in its youth academy"
Piero Ausilio, to Inter TV, reiterates how much the club cares about the growing process of its young players both from a technical but also a moral point of view. This process was started by Moratti and is being developed by Suning:
“The growth of a young player is how he trains during the week with his teammates. It is well known that training together with other good players will help everyone improve because the quality is higher and they can share tips and secrets. It is a way to enrich both technical and mental qualities. At Inter, the relationship between young players and the club is based on experience, our club believes strongly in the youth academy. This work was started by Moratti and his management and developed through investments, choices of players, enhancement of our facilities, all have always characterized by the work of Moratti and now with Suning.
“We must continue to believe given the results of our youth sector both on the field and in finding new talents. Many of them have the good fortune to grow here and today, they are protagonists in Italy and abroad.”
