Inter tried to acquire De Paul early but Udinese blocked the deal, but there's €35M agreement for June

Unless there is an incredible turn of events in the next few hours, Ivan Perisic will remain in Milan until June. There are no offers for him, at least not ones that Inter deem acceptable.

In the meantime, according to Tuttosport, “the meeting with Augustin Jimenez, De Paul’s agent, on Monday was to see if Inter can bring the player to Appiano Gentile earlier than expected. Of course, Udinese did not allow it because the agreement between both clubs is for €35M and it is for this June.”
