Despite hefty price tag (€17.5M) and physical problems, Sime Vrsaljko has plenty of time to convince Inter to keep him for next year
The future of Sime Vrsaljko at Inter is uncertain as it hangs on a major investment of €17.5M if the Nerazzurri would like to keep him here permanently. Another reason of the unclear future is his physicality. So far this season, the Croatian has only played 9 games as starter out of 25 total games played: just over a third, too little for the expectations that this club had for him. But that’s ok, it is what it is. Vrsaljko will have the entire second half of the season to change gear. To get over Danilo D’Ambrosio definitively as Inter starting right back. And for the future, there is time to talk about it when the season comes to an end.
