Hector Herrera likes Inter project, sees the club as Serie A title contender next year

Roma and Milan like him but Inter are undoubtedly the club that has shown the most interested. We are talking about Hector Herrera, the Porto player who is going to be out of contract this summer. He will not renew and will be able to sign with any club of his liking.

He likes Italy and will have the chance to choose between these three teams. However, it is not 100% that his future will be in Italy because of interesting offers that he has from England, Spain and Germany. Herrera’s value will increase once he receives a EU passport. His representatives are at work to make it happy and there is the possibility that he will have it because he has been living in Portugal for five and a half years.

Marotta and Ausilio know very well that the midfield department will be “retouched” the most in the summer: at least two important signings and getting one for free is important. For the time being, Inter executives are working on Godin but they are studying the situation of Herrera very carefully. In the meantime, Hector Herrera considers Inter project as a great one because he is convinced that next year the Nerazzurri will challenge Juventus for the Scudetto and of course participating in the Champions League.

In the next few days, Moraes will be in Italy where he is going to see Claudio Vigorelli, FIFA agent who takes care of things in the Italian market. He will meet with the clubs involved but a decision on the future of Herrera is unlikely to arrive until the end of February. Italy intrigues him and this is the first clue.
