No training, no Frankfurt, no show: Mauro Icardi told Inter that he still feels pain in knee

Mauro Icardi spoke with Inter medical staff and Luciano Spalletti today according to Sky Sport. In this conversation, the Argentinian told the parties involved that he wasn’t able to train because the knee discomfort/pain is still there.

The club, meanwhile, does not want to comment on the physical condition of its former captain. It is not ruled out that tomorrow, there could be a new meeting with the coach on this subject.

Regarding the situation between him and the dressing room, contrary to what was leaked in the past hour, there is still no clarification between Mauro and Ivan Perisic. In terms of contract, the long-awaited meeting between Wanda Nara and Giuseppe Marotta has not happened and it will not happen anytime soon due to the persistence of this “stomach ache” of the player.

The Gazzetta dello Sport, meanwhile, confirms that Icardi will not leave for Germany when Inter will face Eintracht Frankfurt.
