Corsera - Inter not interested in bringing back Jose Mourinho. Marotta likes Conte and Allegri
We are only in March and there are many coaches looking for a new team next season. The Corriere della Sera tries to draw up a scenario based on what is going on at Inter.
“A few days ago, Mourinho spoke words of love for Inter but the return of the man who gave Moratti the treble is not in the plans of Suning and Marotta. Results on the pitch continue to weaken the already fragile position of Luciano Spaleltti. His replacement could be Antonio Conte who is still in a dispute with Chelsea and has chosen to take a year off completely. According to Marotta, Conte could be the right man to rebuild Inter, just as he did with Juventus.”
The other two candidates are Simeone and Allegri.
“Simeone responded to Inter interest by signing an extension with Atletico Madrid until 2022. Allegri is an idea, liked by Marotta himself but we are waiting to see what is going to happen in Turin. Inter are a temptation for Allegri who is evaluating a future away from Juventus.”
