La Repubblica - Inter advancing talks to sign Manchester City fullback Danilo: €25M and four-year contract
Inter are planning ahead for next season. After Diego Godin, it seems that the Nerazzurri are moving in on another defender, a right back, from Premier League.
According to La Repubblica, the club of Suning has made concrete steps forward to sign Danilo Luiz da Silva, right back of Manchester City and the Brazilian national team, who has a value of between €20M-€25M. Inter will have to compete with Valencia but the Nerazzurri have clear advantage: four-year contract worth €4M per year.
Danilo, a two-time European champion with Real Madrid in 2016 and 2017, boasts a rich record at club level for having won Club World Cup, European Super Cup, Libetadores (with Santos in 2011), and four league titles between Spain, England and Portugal.
The right back has excellent techniques and is also known for his flexibility. In fact, under Pep Guardiola, Danilo has played on the left and even as a center back.
