Icardi has promised himself to Juventus, wants to join the Bianconeri now or in the future
La Repubblica analyzes Inter transfer market starting with the situation of Mauro Icardi.
“Juventus and Inter transfer market are paralyzed by two players: Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala, moving forward depends on them with this deadline in mind: June 30th. With 20 days remaining, Inter must capitalize on the sale of their Argentinian striker, someone that Conte does not even want to see (in camp). Icardi was offered to Roma (asking for Zaniolo in return) and was also proposed to Napoli. But he has only one idea in mind: Juventus. He wants the Old Lady immediately or in the future even at the cost of waiting. In fact, the striker has promised himself to the Bianconeri. And to move to them, he is ready for a tug-of-war with Inter. In a year and a half, he would be free to sign with anyone, given the contract expiring in 2021.”
An exchange with Juventus? The issue is Dybala because he wants to stay in Turin. Inter have not made an official offer to Juve’s number 10 but today the prospect of joining the Nerazzurri does not excite him.
