Dybala open to join Inter due to excellent relationship with Marotta. Exchange with Icardi remains possible thanks to... Roma?
The Gazzetta dello Sport once again brings up the possibility of seeing Icardi joining Juventus today. The Old Lady and Roma could soon materialize an exchange: Manolas to Juve, Higuain to the Giallorossi. Pipita’s farewell would leave a void which could be filled with Mauro Icardi and this is where an exchange with Dybala comes into place.
“It has been talked about for some time and the first couple approaches were unsatisfactory and it is easy to understand why. Until Higuain changes team, it is difficult for Paratici to come forward for Icardi, despite the well-known positive feeling between both sides. Let’s not forget that Juventus still have Mario Mandzukic in their squad, who has been a regular starter in these years. If indeed Roma are in the running to secure Higuain, it’s clear that it will push strategy of Inter and Juventus with Dybala further although he has not shown a lot of enthusiasm. Yet, the Bianconeri number 10 has maintained an excellent relationship with Marotta who played an important part in bringing him to Turin years ago. It would be misleading to think that Paulo Dybala has already vetoed Inter as his next club.”
