Inter maintain contact with Lukaku's agent, agreement already reached. Manchester United keep demanding €70m, wanted Skriniar but Inter said no
Romelu Lukaku is a name that gets more and more “hot” from an Inter point of view and the fact that Manchester United have excluded him from all promotional images for nexts season confirms that desire to sell the Belgian striker who has promised himself to the Nerazzurri.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, “Ausilio met with the player’s agent Federico Pastorello last night. Relationship between Lukaku and Conte is strong and not surprisingly, thanks to this relationship, Romelu has already reached a preliminary agreement to join Inter by reducing his wages. The biggest issue is with his club which continues asking for €70m and Inter will not be able to allow themselves to spend this type of money. The road ahead would become more viable if a player were to be included.”
Despite being aware of Lukaku’s desire to leave, the English club does not intend to sell him at a discounted price. They even asked for Skriniar but Inter consider the defender as untouchable. Perisic is currently not a target of Manchester United.
