Valentino and Inter exchanged the first kiss, with a promise of get serious soon and live together.

We use romance to tell the evolution of Inter-Lazaro negotiation which now has come to an agreement for a five-year deal, €1.5m net per season. Lazaro wants Inter and vice versa. An important signal to send to English, French, German competitors that are following the Austrian winger (Arsenal, PSG etc…). Contenders are not lacking but Piero Ausilio and Giuseppe Marotta have moved so far in advance since last March and they are counting on taking advantage of the well-deserved pole position.

In terms of negotiation with Hertha, the Germans demand €22m for the 1996-born player whose contract expires in 2021. Inter’s first offer was €15m plus bonuses and it was raised to €17m plus bonuses. Distance is not too far and you can close it halfway at €20m.

Next week is the key to make this romantic story blossom even more. Valentino awaits.
