Senate vice president of Italy Ignazio La Russia: "Not ruling out Icardi staying at Inter. Totti leaving Roma? He doesn't want to do what Zanetti does at Inter"
As a guest in Sport Italia studios, Senate vice president of Italy Ignazio La Russia, a well-known Inter fan, has his say on the situation of his beloved club.
“In my opinion, the exchange with Dybala will happen in the end. I think it will be better for Juventus than Inter because when in form, Icardi is the best striker in Serie A. But Inter could also have an important tandem in Dybala and Lukaku. I don’t rule out the chances that Mauro can stay because if there’s no one who pays the right amount or offers an adequate exchange then Inter are free to keep him.”
Quick words on Francesco Totti’s farewell to Roma.
“He decided to leave the team that he was there for 30 years because he didn’t like the role they wanted to give him. He doesn’t want to do what Zanetti does at Inter.”
