Lawyer Capello: "Inter are only obligated to allow Icardi to practice, not to play him"
There have been lingering rumors lately saying that Wanda Nara may soon take Inter to court on the issue that is her husband Wanda Nara. Speaking to Sky Sport, lawyer Pierfilippo Capello comments on the possible permanence of Icardi at Inter from a legal point of view:
“It is not mandatory for Icardi to play a certain number of games. Inter must only have him trained and cared for. It is Icardi’s job to prove otherwise (in training and if he is not cared for etc…). There are precedents with Lotito, some won their cases, some lost them. The classic cases for which the arbitration panel can act is if different physiotherapists or trainers are given to the players, if a player is trained separately or play with Primavera.”
