Offers from Napoli and Roma are on Inter's table, but Mauro Icardi only wants to join Juve
The inclusions of Roma and Napoli were no use to make Icardi change his mind, although Inter are pushing the player to evaluate other proposals arrived on the table. Wanda Nara, wife and agent of the Argentinian striker, met with Roma and Napoli, but for the moment, Icardi is taking time to wait for Juve director Paratici to make the definitive move.
Juve have a clear strategy: after selling the many extra players lying around the club, they will then begin the decisive attack to sign a number 9 and play him next to Ronaldo. The Bianconeri would give Icardi a salary of €8M. However, an economic effort will be needed: Inter are demanding their rival to pay €80M or an exchange with Dybala.
Roma could offer Inter a way to sign Dzeko by including the player in negotiation plus a cash balance between €35M to €40M. Icardi appreciates the enthusiasm of the fans and the beauty of the city, but Roma project and the absence of the Giallorossi in the Champions League are key issues. Napoli have already presented first offer of €55M which could go up to €60M. In Naples, Icardi would play in the Champions League but still, it doesn’t seem enough to convince him to ditch Juve.
