Inter management has given itself market deadline: sales (including that of Icardi), Dzeko and one midfielder... all to be done in one week
According to La Repubblica, Inter management has given itself one more week to complete all remaining operations. This is sort of Inter’s transfer market deadline instead of the official one which ends on September 2nd.
“Inter executives have given themselves a new deadline: in seven days, all signings and sales must be done. Everything must be perfected as the very demanding coach from Lecce in Antonio Conte has asked his management team to do so. Besides selling the extras (Joao Mario etc…) the real issue to be defined next Wednesday is the arrival of Edin Dzeko, at the same time the transfer of Mauro Icardi. In addition, a new midfielder is missing which will be strictly low cost, given that €170M have been spent on the market. A bit of savings now in times of UEFA FFP doesn’t hurt.”
