Manchester United only value Sanchez at €20M, Inter are ready to offer €6M in wages
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter decided to push for Alexis Sanchez after knowing that he is open to reduce wages. Sanchez, at Manchester United, makes over €10M net: an unsustainable salary for the Nerazzurri, who would not want to go beyond €6M. The current deal between Sanchez and United, which expires in 2022, could then be extended by one or two seasons. Both sides are working on this very issue but what matters at the moment is the strong desire of the player to move to Inter. And it is with this in mind that Felicevich has been working since yesterday to find an agreement between the two clubs.
Let’s start with an assumption: Inter have about €15M set aside, set aside after Dzeko said yes to new Roma contract. However, at the moment, €15M is not enough to finalize this operation but it is a good starting point at least. Manchester United value Sanchez at €20M and could also be open to do a loan deal for €5M, plus option set at €15M. A formula that is very appealing at Inter.
