Antonio Conte, the highest paid coach in Serie A

There is only one man in command: Antonio Conte. Those €11M net per year (until 2022) put him far ahead of his Serie A colleagues. Today, the Gazzetta dello Sport ranks the wages for the Italian league’s coaches and “the Inter coach earns more than anybody else and even Jose Mourinho is behind him. On his arrival in 2008, the Special One signed for €9M and it became €11M one year later due to Real Madrid rumors.”

Maximiliano Allegri is still on the payroll of Juventus for €7.5M, same with Luciano Spalletti (€4.5M net from Inter). Napoli were able to sign Carlo Ancelotti last year until 2021 with a €5M salary. All the others are far behind from Fonseca (Roma, €3M) to Giampaolo of Milan at €2M.
