San Siro is ready for Juventus, will be sold out. Inter are averaging 59 thousand per home match so far this season
After the sixth victory of the season in as many matches against Sampdoria, Inter will host Juventus at the San Siro this upcoming Sunday. And, as usual, the Meazza will be packed with fans for this massive challenge.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, “it is not completely a full house yet but it is only a matter of time. Sunday night, Inter-Juventus at the San Siro will be sold out and it’s the first of this season. There are already 72 thousand tickets sold, the second and third rings are already sold out - even the sector reserved for the Juventus fans - and there remains only some in the first red ring.
With the capacity of the Meazza reduced by 2,350 seats, the packed stadium will be around 76 thousand spectators, a figure that was not reached at recent derby against Milan (Inter won 2-0). So far in three matches at home (Lecce, Lazio and Udinese), the Nerazzurri are averaging 59 thousand fans.
