Bonucci: "Racism? It's not right to generalize, these things don't only happen in Italy"
During a press conference with Italian national team, Leonardo Bonucci was asked about racism, especially the episode of last Sunday in Cagliari.
“It’s a delicate situation, there are means to identify the culprits and not let them enter the stadiums anymore. It’s not right to generalize. I don’t believe these things only happen in Italy, it happens elsewhere in Europe also. Racism is a plague that must be eradicated. The letter of Inter’s Curva Nord? I can’t talk because I didn’t read it. I would be commenting on something I don’t know.”
