Germany - Marotta is planning to make offer for Gotze this January or for free next summer

Sources in Germany are confirming the story coming out of Italy that Inter are interested in Mario Gotze. The German midfielder, World Champion in 2014, will be out of contract soon with Borussia Dortmund (June 2020) and already in January, he could already agree with another team to a deal and then move there as a free agent next summer.

According to Ruhr Nachrichten, newspaper very close to Borussia Dortmund, Giuseppe Marotta is working in shadows to find an agreement with the player for 2020-2021 or even in January, with payment to compensate the German club. On their part, Dortmund are ready to begin negotiating a new contract with Gotze in the coming weeks.
