Marotta and Ausilio did good job of keeping wages relatively the same: €116M (gross) last year, €118M now

Thanks to the last market window conducted, Inter have room to give its players new contracts. Marotta and Ausilio basically overhauled the squad compared to 12 months ago but they did it by keeping the balance on club’s financial account, at least in terms of wages.

Inter have more or less the same salary amount: €116M in gross wages last year, €118M today. The departures of Icardi, Perisic and Nainggolan helped and with that difference, the club is no longer under UEFA settlement agreement and that’s why planning new contract increases is not too complicated.
