Wanda Nara's latest words do not cause a reaction from Inter, as the club is determined to move on
“It’s not a divorce, Mauro and Inter are like a couple taking a pause for reflection.”
Wanda Nara said those words in an interview with the Corriere della Sera. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, her words, however, did not cause any reaction from Inter which are determined to turn the page, the same determination shown in the last few months in favor of selling the player.
There is a detail that bodes well for the Milanese club: in the contract that Icardi extended with Inter until 2022, increasing wages to €7M would not start in 12 months, but only in the final season of 2021-2022. Returning to Inter in next June, Icardi would return to make his current wages of €4.5M.
Now if he were going to stay in PSG, that number would be €10M bonuses included. In short, there are millions of reasons to stay in France.
